Yesterday I made an assumption about the direction the author was going with this piece. It was an inaccurate knee jerk reaction based on the overwhelmingly pervasive narrative on Medium. I was wrong. This author has actually been a victim of the kind of thing "cancelers" do. I encourage you to actually Google the author instead of being snotty like I was.
