It is interesting that you have set up a false dichotomy, as if one either believes science or has blind, unthinking faith. You are convinced that it must be all one or all the other. There seems to be more of this either/or extremism among the professed intellectual community. I find it odd, since in many ways it is the antithesis of logical thought.

You see the debate against religion being "won" because it suits you to do so. In reality, there is no factual absolute that "proves" this so-called victory.
