I’m so sorry you have experienced such pain. As a 52 year old adoptee, I’ve never related to it as trauma. I’ve met both my bio parents, and while they were very nice people, there was no magic bond.

I’m am so very thankful to be a part of my family and the daughter of the amazing parents who raised me.
