I think if Donald Trump had responded more swiftly and more decisively, we could have avoided the unnecessarily long ridiculousness we ended up with.

We should have halted travel into the United States much earlier. We also should have been more strict and what we shut down earlier on earlier. Had we done that, we would have not been still dancing in such extremes 2 years later.

I say that as someone who is fully vaccinated and always masked where required, but I do not wear a mask now unless it is required. I am middle of the road, which in the United States is no longer allowed, as you have probably noticed.
