I had a hysterectomy due to cancer cells in 2016. I thought it would "bump" me into menopause, and I did have some hot flashes, etc. But noooooo

NOW I actually AM in menopause. Blech! I mean, I still think I have it better than many, but it's REAL. The heat, the sweating, the sleep issues, the weirdo hair...it's all real.

The author of that piece author is mighty brave....telling middle aghed women who are already grumpy (yes I'm grumpy) they're being hysterical is a good way to get throat-punched lol
