Absolutely one can be a Christian and a feminist or pro-life and a feminist. IF we are using the authentic underpinnings of true feminism — that women have choices and should be free to make them. Once we begin denigrating a woman who doesn’t make choices that fit “the narrative,” we have strayed from actual feminism into something else, IMO.
It is my responsibility to walk in a manner worthy of my calling (as a Christian). It is my responsibility to live out Jesus’ final words (Matthew 28:19–20). He never told me it was my responsibility to get laws passed or march on Washington or even vote a certain way. I think a lot of evangelical Christians have forgotten what Jesus actually said to do.
